Minerals  acts as electrolytes, our body’s own electrical system which relies  on minerals  to generates  and conduct billions of tiny  electrical impulses. Without these impulses not a single muscles , including heart, could function. In other words, without minerals to manage, our  body will not  function properly.

In general, mineral  acts as  a trigger activating  both enzymes and vitamins for the body to use. It help stabilize cell, construct tissue, produce energy, synthesize hormones, and repair some of the damage done to your cells on a daily basis.

Vitamins often get the limelight, but the truth is  mineral  might play an even  more vital role. If you have no vitamins  your body would still be able to access some minerals. But if you have no minerals your body could not access a single vitamins.

 Mineral as usual vitamin both play vital role . Beyond of vitamin our body can not able to work as much it can . so mineral and vitamin both play vital role in human body.
