Why does eating certain food make you break out?
How does certain type of food make you get pimples?
Like I know greasy food and stuff, but I wanna know HOW you get it.

i guess some people tend to be allergic to those foods thus causing the breakouts...its a hormone thing too

Hello technogear!

It's not directly that food contributes to acne. Most of the time, it is STRESS that causes it. yes, it is hormone thing.

however, your antioxidants help fighting acne-problems, and as it fights back, some of these anti-oxidants are depleted. so, eat the right foods to maintain your anti-oxidant count.

i heard about vit c supplementation in large amounts can 'normalize' or eliminate acne... can somebody share that information?

hmmm.. i havent heard about that.. but what i know is that, the cortisol level is most of the time the main factor.

regarding the vitamin C, watch also for the dosage. dont take beyond what is prescribed.
(by the way, vitamin C is an antioxidant)

well i think in excess of vitamin c...it will be excreted through urine or feces....this is what iknow ha.... tama ba
