i guess mas mura nga kung bibili ka kesa pumunta ka sa mga clinics at mag paservice.. imagine how much ang service charge nila?

THe one i know sa may Skin CLinic costs around 40k for 6 sessions...
so imagine that..

2 types kc ng dermroller. meron ung "home-kit" at talagang pang clinic lang talaga.. ung home-kit ang needle size are not long, u can use it anytime pero minimal lang ang magagawa nito.., ung pang clinic or ung tinatawag nilang CIT (collagen induced therapy) mas mahaba needles nito at may additional na gamot like collagen at vit c na direct na ipapasok sa skin pag nagdermoll sa skin... basta try to consult muna sa inyong mga dermatologist para icheck nila skin nyo..
I think brad pitt is using dermroller. nabasa ko sa isang site..

hindi naman masusugatan skin mo, they are MICRO-needles.. meron kc ung nabibiling pang-bahay lang na kit which is totally different sa gagamitin sa clinic mismo ng dermatologist.. sa clinic, lalagyan ka muna ng topical anesthesia then dermroller na with collagen at vit C un...

just a warning, mag ingat kayo sa mga fake na dermroller baka magka-infection kayo pag fake ang gamit. Be safe, consult muna kayo sa dermatologist nyo
