I tried every tropical cream, going to derma and having a strict diet but they don't last long. Pimples keeps coming back.

The best remedy for me is going to a clean beach and soak my face and body as much as I can. Its like having a treatment and vacay at the same time.  I do that twice/thrice a year and this process keeps my skin clear for more than 4 years now.

I am not sure why but its effective for me. Maybe its because of the salt content of the water.
