Any dentist around? is there a natural way to whiten teeth? Kakainggit kasi yung ibang tao na super puti ng ngipin. Bka naman there's another option other than bleaching. Thanks in advance.

guys ask ko lang... may nabibili bang parang glue na ganyan for braces? kasi natanggal bracket ko e.. e nxt year pa ako makakavisit ulit sa dentist ko... any one would like to share? baka may nabibiling ganyan din pero parang glue for ngipin..

Di ka makakabili ng glue sa bracket unless galing sa dentista mo yun. Pero I have here bigay ng dentista ko kasi minsan sa sobrang enjoy kumain eeh natatanggal ung dikit ng brackets ko and no time to visit the dentist.
