lagyan mo ng petroleum jelly for moisturization and pain relief kung medyo mahapdi.. or kamatis para mabilis yung pagheal... dapat kasi magsunscreen eh... tsk tsk tsk

ako i just let it peel na mag isa.

pero kung gusto nyo na maavoid to,
use sunblock.
SPF 70 lalo na kung punta sa beach.

the best sunblock, in my opinion, is VMV Armada Sport 70.
mejo pricey nga lang.

kahit nakasunblock ka pa, kung nagbabad ka rin sa ilalim ng araw, masusunog ka pa rin naman.. but at least it tends to lessen the damage if ever...

may nabibiling cooling lotion para sa mga sunburn kaso mahal.
let it be na lang talaga siguro, basta keep it cool lang.

Don po sa nabasa ko.... aloe vera does the trick.. pumitas ka lang ng isang leaf, tapos yung gel nung dahon ilagay mo sa balat.. ang bilis ng soothing effect niya.. ang bilis pa magheal ng sunburn.. pwede rin sa sugat, pimples, acne marks, at dry skin.
