SSS Beneficiaries

Beneficiary ko yung kapatid kong 17 yrs old. Pede ba akong magfile sa SSS ng any medical assistance or something kung mag undergo sya ng any medical treatment? Actually she's pregnant, kung pede ko bang i-file sa SSS yun?

Hope I can hear from you guys, any help or suggestion will be much appreciated.

The best person who can answer your query is yung SSS personnel. I suggest punta ka sa SSS para sure yung makukuha mong sagot

My sister and brother in law is living abroad. My brother in law just died. How can my sister claim for his SSS death benefit? Does she have to come to the Philippines to do that? My brother in law is receiving his pension in the Philippines.

from what i know, yes, i think your sister needs to apply to SSS personally ... but maybe a attorney's authorization could suffice.
