Solution to pimples at the BACK of the body?

Well, am not really sure kung pimples ba ang right term for it. Pero, parang ganun actually ang appearance niya.

My friends always tell me na I'm blessed daw kasi hindi ma pimples ang mukha ko. The thing is, they just don't know how unfortunate I am for having MANY (and I mean it) many pimples and traces of those which already dried up through time.

Tanong ko lang: Do you guys have the same? And any solutions for it?

yah. i also have pimples at the back. by the way ang tawag dun ay "BACKNE"
