Saying that you're "Sorry" is very easy... What's importatnt is that when you say you're sorry, you have to own it and make sure that you have to do something about it, you have to make up for it...  Take responsibilities because no one is gonna be responsible for your own actions...

simple lang. confront the person, admit your fault then say sorry. hindi dapat galing sa ilong ah, dapat ung galing talaga sa puso. Madali lang humingi ng Sorry, ang nagpapahirap lang eh ung feeling na nahihiya ka.
