i suggest you subscribe to a lot of fitness mags.  Men's health, for example.  That would really give you all the information you need.  Also, get a trainer, apart from helping you lift weights, the trainer also pushes you to your limits and gives you some advice suited for your body type and goals.

proper diet, cardio, weight lifting, and a hefty amount of motivation, and a feasible quarterly fitness goal, would do you good Smiley hope it helps.

take in more protein para sa muscle growth.
mahirap pero woth it naman.
proper program + meal plan + enough sleep + trim on alcohol/beer (eto yung hirap ako kasi i like vodka/tequila!) + positive outlook in life = graet mind and body

i would say po.. Nasa discipline po yun. Pag weiGht gain ka:
bAwal mag puyat, bawal magpa gutom, bawal maniGarilyo. Hatiin ang 3 biG meals sa 6 meals. Try m0 narin mag serious masS or weigh protein. tandaan: "ang pinaka mahirap na part ng pag gygym ay yung pag punta sa gym" may times na tatamarin ka, pero kailangan m0 i overcome yun.

nothing beats  discipline in terms of this. kealngan din ng motivation para masundan eto..minsan kasi nakakaumay pag wala kang inspiration...

more than just looking good, i think you need to workout for your own health. mas maraming magkasakit ngayon.
