Segmenters is lower than normal and your Lymphocytes is above normal

Is there something wroing if you segmenters is lower the normal and your Lymphocytes is above the normal???

According to some of my readings,this can be caused by some of the following.

Cancer of the blood or lymphatic system
An autoimmune disorder causing ongoing (chronic) inflammation
Segmenters are also known as neutrophils. A combination of high lymphocytes and low neutrophils most likely points to a viral infection. SOme antibiotics can also decrease your neutrophil count.
