All through out my teen age years, never akong pinimple sa mukha...hanggang ngayon. Pero lahat lumalabas sa likod! As in.

Ako lang ba ang may ganitong concern?

Nako yung bunsong kapatid ko, sinira ng acne ang likod at shoulders, kaya ngayon kahit maskulado sya and all hindi sya nagsusuot ng sleeveless talaga kasi grabe yung marks ng acne naaawa nga ako sa kanya e

dati wala akong pimples sa likod pero ngayon meron na, pati blackheads T_T i use panoxyl & retin-a, effective naman pero yung ibang pimples nag-iiwan pa rin ng marks sa likod...any idea how to cure this?  help naman po....

i consulted this with my derma and she suggested a treatment. the scars naman daw are 'mild' pa. she said that indeed these are the pimples that should have been on my face---thank heavens it did not appear there!

 i tried several positions to avoid dripping shampoo/conditioner on my back too. pero to no avail. so hopefully, the treatment works. feeling ko kase it's spreading na to my shoulders and arms! hassle.

i used to have these.

share ko lang po....nawala siya nung nag sha-shampoo muna ako tapos banlaw ng hair and then wash my body.

feeling ko kasi, yung shampoo residue na tumutulo sa likod pag nagbabanlaw ka na ng hair ang nag trigger nito eh. kaya sinasabon ko ang back ko after the shampoo. ayun, nawala naman yung pimples.

hmmm. ung sis ko mron din nyan..pti ung brother ko..fortunately ako wla..sana di magkaroon..nung nagconsult kme sa belo sa may westgate, the doctor said, isa sa mga reasons kng bket mron nyan is "stress" daw..tpos ngaun ung sis ko ng papatreatment,, backcial pra blackhead removal..

Hi meriidoy... would you know magkano po yung sa backcial sa belo?

pano po ba procedure nun? lately kasi stressed ako e.. medyo marami ding tumutubo... balak ko sana i patreat kay doc... any idea kela belo or kahit kela Calayan?

That is my major concern, my back acne. Dati wala akong acne sa chest ko pero this year nagkaroon. Nasa genes rin kasi yon. Sabi ng mom ko meron din sya noon at kusang nawala nalang.

I would have this problem every now and then. What I would do is apply exfoliating solution (Extraderm, RDL, etc.)  on my back with a cotton only on those areas affected by pimples and even pimple scars. For the hard to reach parts of my back, I would clip the cotton between two attached chopsticks.

Experts agree that Bacne is most susceptible during puberty, since this is when the body’s oil gland start to work faster. When this happens, dead cells soon build up, and this in turn leads to the bacteria that is so common in causing acne.

One of the best advice is try to keep your back clean and the best way is to take bath or shower more often especially after a workout.
