They say cancer has become a lifestyle disease.
I say whichever lifestyle you have, if you don't watch our for cancer causing materials then you are not safe.

Examples:
- Anything burned can be carcinogenic --> barbeque, isaw, inihaw
- Carbohydrates fried can be carcinogenic --> french fries
- Certain chemicals in bread making can be carcinogenic --> pandesal
- Sweets feed cancer cells
- Lack of sleep triggers cancer cell activation
- Plastic containers heated can release carcinogens
- Radioactive radiation can cause cancer --> Xray

Yes. Bromate is the chemical name.
DOH has long banned it, pero I bet some bread makers still use it.

Talaga? Pandesal? carcinogenic? kelan pa?
