Pre basta work out lang ng work out..

payat din ako dati...


dumbells ko started at 20lbs lang ngayon regular ko is 40lbs dumbells each. Kaka-asar kasi lumuluwag yung locks niya pag nakakarami ka na ng reps kaya nakaka wala ng momentum. Sa bench max ko is 200lbs noon, ngayon, siguro 150lbs lang hirap na ako. Night jogging/strolling pag uwi galeng sa trabaho 10kms or more kasi hugis 0 yung subd namin eh .8km ang isang ikot. Napapahinto lang minsan ako dahil sa lintik na vertigo ko na ito. Madalas karga ng 25 kilo to 50 kilo na sako ng bigas. Isa sa mga family business namin, isa ako sa mga kargador. Masarap din minsan ang manual labor, daig pa ang nag gym.

Easy lang sa rice.

bro try mo mag compound exercises mas ok yun sa nag start palang pang build ng muscle sa buong katawan... mas mabilis din burning ng fats pag mas maraming muscle ang nag fu-function...
yun ay sakin lang...

sample of compound exercise: squat, bench press, barbell row/reverse row, dips, over head press, dead lift, pull-up/chin-ups... lahat yan nagagawa mo ok na... + ab exercise...
