Ok so just like what the title suggest this is no biggie.. but is nevertheless very important to me.

I have an tiny winy problem >>> NAMAMAGA ANG LALAMUNAN KO!!! <<< worse and thing about it is it's sooo painful oh wait, not only that I also can't eat. may alam bakayong mabisang gamot para d2?

I think you should go see a doctor and have look at it than taking shotgun meds. Hey, I've been in that position a few christmases before, and it went away temporarily the moment I started munching on all the good stuff  it came back afterwards =P

You gargle with warm saline with salt, or if you're pretty rich you use Bactidol or Betadine Gargleâ„¢ (note: I placed â„¢ sign so to tell you that betadine has a gargle product, not necessarily gargle a bottle of the wound disinfectant type
