question po... ano po ba magandang gym supplement sa panahon ngayon? Ok ba yung whey optimum ?


may seasons din pala ang supplements..hehe... actually hindi ako masyado mahilig sa supplements.. kasi nga supplements nga lang yan. just eat enough.. but lets say you're eating 4-6 times per day.. ang hirap naman diba if you will eat every 2-3 hours. Nakakasuka. So one good way to get the nutrition you want without eating is to drink it.. Dyan papasok ang supplements. At depende sa goal mo ang itatake mong supplement. If weight gain, read the label of the supplement.. it should be high in calorie from carbohydrates and protein. If maintenance/cutting, choose the lesser in calorie from carbohyrates.. Basta, always check the Nutrition facts =) if you're looking for a good brand of supplement, just google it because I don't really have an idea when it comes to supplement brands.

ibig bang sabihin nito pag sobrang mast****bate mo eh papayat ka talaga? kasi pinoproblema ko ay ang pagiging payat ko eh.
paano tumataba at pumapayat ang tao? sagot: Pagkain.. if you eat enough di ka papayat.. Kung mataas naman metabolism mo, kailangan mo kumain ng marami... pero kung mahina ka kumain at 10 times a day ka mag masturb4t3 malamang papayat ka talaga... ang normal protein loss kapag nag mamasturbate is 1g. Kung ang kinakain mo ay puro kamote, mais, at kanin lang.. wala kang protein intake kaya malamang papayat ka talaga.. kung nag ggym ka naman, ang recommended protein intake is 1-2g/kg of body weight.. example ang timbang mo ay 60kg.. 60-120g ang consumption mo ng protein.. Compare it to 1g of protein loss per masturbate.. So halos bale wala lang kung tama ang consumption ng protein.. pero kung 20-50x per day ka mag masturbate, problema mo na yun =)

salamat sa madaming info.. grabe naman siguro kung 20x a day ka mag masturbate.hehe

question po... ano po ba magandang gym supplement sa panahon ngayon? Ok ba yung whey optimum ?

EXAMPLE: Let's say ang per serving ng whey protein is 2 scoops, where one scoop is equal to 560 calories 40g carbohydrates and 100g protein. ibig sabihin 160 calories ay galing sa carbs and 400 calories from protein. Paano nakuha? Just multiple if by 4.. 40g carbs x 4= 160 calories.. If ang calorie naman ay galing sa fats, Just multiply the gram of fats into 9.. =)  sana makatulong sa pag basa ng nutrition facts.. Basta, always read the label =)

ayun sa wakas. salamat ng madami sa info. balak ko kasi mag-ayus ng katawan ngayon 2012 kaso wala ako ka alam alam kung pano talaga ako magdadagdag ng weight.

ako din plan ko mag gym this 2012 pero ukhang di ko yata kaya yung 6 months na walang jaks para lang gumanda yung katawan.. whew!! Undecided
