I suggest you dont rely too much on these supplements. It could damage your liver when used over a long term basis.. Just take whole foods minus the fats...

they say whey protein are good to the body... i've seen some research about it so how come you said that's its not good to the body???

Cell-tech for pre-workout.  Nitro-tech for post-workout.  It's good, since it is designer whey. meaning it has infused nutrients (e.g., nitrogren) apart from the usual amino acids.

@ChiseledCorps, supplement would only damage the liver if the protein wasnt used by the body.  so you have to do weight trainings in order for the body o utililze the protein, to avoid the protein from overloading the liver.

@yuel...yep i agree...  :D :D :D :D :D

but sometimes.... you need to cycle it...meaning..you give rest periods in between taking all protein shakes... according to some health professionals i've talked to...it could lead to liver damage in long term use...even you try shedding the energy through working out regularly...this is specially thru when you age....

mas affected ang kidneys sa high protein intake, be sure lang na ok kidney function nyo,anything in excess is harmful, two things can happen proteins can be converted into fat or itatapon din yan ng kidneys nyo sa urine pgsobra

nitrotech..DURING workout..for fast muscle absorption

and milk thisltle 1 capsule before going to sleep..to protect your liver..
