May 6 pack abs ka ba?
Parang ang hirap talaga magkaroon ng 6 pack abs kasi e.

Could anyone share tips? Is this somewhat related to genetics or something?

how about undergoing a six-pack surgery or more professionally known as abdominal etching? Have you ever considered taking that? As far as i know,  this procedure will eventually turn your pudgy belly into a washboard. it's a kind of precision liposuction, where the doctor sucks fat from your belly, revealing the abdominal muscles that lie underneath. at first, when I saw the name of this procedure, i thought they carved out or put little implants in your belly to make it look like you have a 6-pack, but that's not the case. you actually have to have the muscular definition, either naturally or from working out.

Ano tingin nyo dito?

well as for me, the last time i checked i'm 12.8% BF, ito na pinakamababa ko so far na BF %. galing ako ng 17% BF and took me roughtly around 7 months to the set goal less than 14%.
As per my PT recommendation, ngayon naka-set ako ng 8% para lumitaw ang abs ko.

Based on my activities and body composition, nasa 1600 cal/day kelangan ko. pero it doesn't stop on counting calories kasi you need to eat the proper nutrients - high protein dahil nag-work-out ako... complex carbs to give me energy... foods rich in fiber and lastly ample amount of good fats. pero my rule of thumb dapat above 100grams of protein makain ko and least amount of complex carbs pero dependent pa kung gaano ka-active that day.

work-out - i do 3 day split and HIIT in between work-out days.

Honestly pinakamhirap para sa akin ang nutrition.  madali lang ang buhat. disiplina sa pagkain ang pinakamahirap.

Paano ang work out nyo ng abs? ako kasi ang workout ko for abs eh me nakahiga aq tpos me hawak ng 20 lbs plate tpos i-pupush mo xa towards the ceiling pero use your abs to lift yourself. 25 reps/3 sets. mapapa "aahh.." ka sa hirap..

tpos partial bicycle sit ups. tig 25 reps sa left at right crunch / 3sets

tpos kung me powers pa c abs eh nagweweighted sit up sa lateral pull machine something. bale 100 lbs ung nilalagay q. tpos 12 reps/3 sets.

This is interesting pero I am apprehensive about any kind of invasive surgery.  Hahaha! Nakakatakot kasi ang possible scars that you would get...

How much kaya ang procedure na ito?
