i just take multivitamins like yung product VITAL Code... tska yung USANA... hindi na ako umiinom ng mga gamot ang synthetic medicines kasi nakakasira sya ng liver and kidney.

I agree with increased fluid therapy during your bouts with cough and supportive natural medications such as your multivitamins.

For persistent cough lasting more than a week, even after water/juice therapy, i suggest you visit your friendly family physician. At this time, maybe a medication is warranted as well as possible diagnostic tests. Possible medications are carbocisteine, dextromethorphan, ambroxol and guaifenesin. A medical consult will be appropriate to determinr which medication can be tailor fit with your symptoms.
