Here comes the liver cleaning procedure:

It is recommended to eat vegan the days before you do it (most of you do it anyway).
If you think that your gall stones might be hard for whatever reason you can drink one liter of cloudy apple juice each day in the week before.

You need:
80g magnesium sulphate (from a drug store)
720ml high quality water
120ml cold pressed olive oil
2 grapefruits (for 180ml juice)


So on the first day, you can eat something vegan until 1200H.
Then at 1800H and at 2000H you drink 180ml of water with 20g of magnesium sulphate (you should mix it one hour in advance and then cool it in the fridge).
At 2200H you drink 180ml of freshly made grapefruit juice with 120ml cold pressed olive oil (I take less oil because the first I felt a bit sick).
You mix it and then go to bed drink it there and then you stay in bed without moving for at least half an hour, best is trying to sleep )
Then at 0600H and 0800H in the morning you drink again the magnesium sulphate water.
And that is it
If you feel hungry you can eat something light (just listen to your body).

Depending on your life style and condition you will have dysenteries sooner or later.
It can last until the second day afternoon from my experience. And it weakened me a bit, so try to schedule it on two free days

i just have one question... meron bang clinic or hospital na nag cacateer sa liver cleansing? how much kaya ang ganun mga therapy?

Balak ko sana mag undergo ng ganung system kasi naging alcohol drinker din ako gusto ko lang din makasiguro na malinis at di naapektuhan ang liver /atay ko.... can someone provide information on this?
