Just asking...Is the Skin whitening of Glutathione a permanent effect? ang dami na kasing brands sa  market e..

I used to buy and sell these products and found out that for the whitening effect of Glutathione to show, you'd need to have an overdose of it...yes, an overdose (assuming you're taking the pills, and not using the soap). Too much of anything is generally not a good thing...but, up to you. It's your health.

Everyone's body will react to supplements differently. As far as I know, you'd have to maintain the supps to keep having the same effect you want. Your daily intake will depend on what it says on your product, and what your doc tells you. Make sure they have vitamin C to aid in absorption of the Glutha otherwise, effects could take longer.

Anyways there are other ways to keep your skin healthy, such as putting on UV protection creams etc. everyday. Your skin could experience sun damage even if you're just in a car with no tinted windows for a couple minutes. Moisturize everyday. Drink lots of water.
