Nag pamedical ako nung Saturday kanina ko nakuha results sabi mataas ung SGPT at SGOT ko. Ang SGPT ko ay 73.0 ang SPOT ko naman ay 53.0. Magiging unfit to work ba ako sa ganitong condition. Papunta na ako sa UAE as sales executive eh.

Nirefer ako sa Internist sa World Citi Medical Center para mabigyan ako clearance na makapagwork abroad. Sana maging ok ang results.

alam mo fox possible lang na madeny ka..sensya na ha ..di naman sa dinedepress kita...share ko lang po...yung kasing tito ko engineer sana sya for Saudi Arabia..kaso lately nagpamedical din sya nagpositive sya sa hepa b...mataas din yun SGOT and SGPT nya...

pero ngayon nag heherbal supplements sya ngayon.. na try mo na magpa hepa a and hepa b testing? para lang makasiguro ka patest ka ng hepa a and hepa b... baka lang mataas ang alcohol mo sa katawan ....=)

Sa Standard Medical and Diagnostic Center po ako sa may Cubao nagpamedical, ok naman lahat ng results.

Negative naman po ako sa Hepa. Hindi rin po ako umiinom. Healthy living nga po ako I go to gym thrice a week at basketball rin. Nakakapagtaka eh. Hindi naman siya ganun kataas din sbi ni Dok.

Nagsearch din ako sa mga possible reason bakit mataas ang SGPT at SGOT. Maari rin kasi sa heart un, dati kasi akong may hypertension, pero bp ko naman ngayon ay 120/80. Maari rin daw sa strenous excersice.

weird naman nyan @fox... stress can contribute to high SGPT and SGOT? Hmmm...
am not aware of it.  alam ko talaga sa alcohol kasi sa liver yun e.

dyan papasok yung mga glutatione supplements. yung iba yun ang tinetake.

Galing ako sa Internist now sa World Citi Medical, sabi sa check up insignificant ung pagtaas ng SGPT at SGOT ko, slightly elevated lang daw. Maaring nakakain  lang ako ng fatty foods before ako kuhaan ng dugo.Or maaring sa vitamins na iniinum ko. Sabi ko Vitamin C lang ung gawa ng Rhea. Sabi nya itigil ko muna ung pag inom non. Niresetahan nya rin ako ng gamot sa liver medyo may kamahalan. Gonex ang pangalan. Pinaparepeat nya sa akin ung SGPT at SGOT at samahan ko ren ng ultrasound ng liver para makita talaga kung ok. Maaring fatty liver lang din. Maaring sa strenous exercise rin pero ung sobrang strenous daw un.

not only glutathione but the following supplements are also beneficial to the liver

2.lecithin
3.licorice
