when i stayed in batangas for more than a year, some folks there said that drinking buko juice and eating corns can help increase your load.

tama daw yun bully_brat.. sabi rin sa akin yan noon kasi daw yung buko juice rich in protein and vitamins. kaya naman halos lahat ng mga tao sa probinsya rin namin yun ang hinahanap.... taga laguna/quezon kasi kami maraming buko . hehehehe...

yep. that's why i know that my load is healthy since i regularly eat fruits and drink fruit juices particularly ito ngang buko juice plus pineapple juice, cranberry juice, and kiwi fruit juice. we need this para sure na makabuo agad. hehe.

of all the fruits? bakit buko juice? dba pwedeng mango juice? avocado?
papaya? santol? langka? apple? banana?

is there something in buko juice that makes it effective? or effective nga ba sya?
