How can I get a tanned body

Can you give me some tips in self tanning?
Maputi kasi ako masyado, I hate it, specially when we go out on a beach.. Thanks!

maraming ways actually berto.... you can go to the dermatologist.. i think they have some medical tools to give you tan.. like merong bed kang hihigaan tapos may ultraviolet rays protection na ilalagay sa mata? parang ganun... di ko lang sure kela belo kung meron nun... or kela calayan...
