How to make malunggay tea

1.  Harvest  2-3 young green compound leaves that show no signs of
    yellowing.
2.  Place collected leaves in a tray and transport them in a drying
    shade.
3.  Immediately after harvest, clean and sort out from the leaves any
    unnecessary
materials such as dust and other foreign particles.
4.  Lay out the leaves on a clean sheet of paper for 2-3 days in
    order to dry them.
5.  Used paper or any other similar materials as the drying mat.
6.  Do not sun dry  as this would destroy the vitamins and minerals
    packed in the leaves. .
7.  After drying, leaves will naturally fall-off or detach from the
    petiole.
8.  Shake the dried leaves by placing them on an 0.2-0.3cm fine mesh
to remove leaf petiole that was shed out during the drying
    period.
9.  Roast the leaves in a pan for 2-3 minutes over a low fire to
reduce the moisture and sanitize it.
Roasting helps to preserve the leaves and improve the tea’s
    flavor.
10. Do not overcook the leaves.
11. Used blender or any other crushing equipment to  broken  the dry
    leaves into tiny powder particles.
12. After blendering  use strainer  to filter the crush leaves.
13. Pack and store tiny powder  in a cool, dry, dark place in air-
    tight containers
