i thought sharing this information i just discovered.... anything na pampaputi daw taken orally...when taken in large doses can actually damage your liver instead of doing intravenously. you know why? let me share this...

the theory is that all drugs taken orally first passes to the liver meaning it goes to our liver  natin which is minemetabolize muna nya into something smaller molecules and this gives extra stress and processing into our liver ... if we actually analyze it, the same effect happens when drinking alcohol and sobrang pag-inom ng gamot (as seen in many commercials)..drug din kasi consider yung glutathione capsules e. 'supplemental drug'. so in this effect because of that first pass, konti na lang yung matitira sa drug gluta content, so in effect  it damages the liver more than it whitens your skin.. well if it really does.

what our mentors  say is  that mas maganda daw yung injectable na glutathione because that's the proper route of administration. ...str8  through the vein.

realizing it , i actually have a friend who tried it orally, and she admitted her liver weakened daw .... based na rin daw sa liver sgpt ,sgot result nya  pero in time, pag na-accumulated yung damage, well it could lead to something worse...dba

sabi lang eto ng doctor namin tsaka sa school.. but im yet to prove it myself. although i also heard some people who took glutathione orally na pumuti din daw sila. di ko lang nainterview e kasi  patient namin sila at nakukwento lang

i  found this on wikipedia.com...

it says here

Quote
Supplementing has been difficult, as research suggests that glutathione taken orally is not well absorbed across the GI tract. In a study of acute oral administration of a very large dose (3 grams) of oral glutathione, Witschi and coworkers found that "it is not possible to increase circulating glutathione to a clinically beneficial extent by the oral administration of a single dose of 3 g of glutathione."

i guess, it only suggests that glutathione is more effective using IV or injection.
