Forget the pancakes and begin your day with scrambled or boiled eggs. Apparently, eliminate carbohydrates within the diet can solely get additional hungry. which means you get additional snacking later in life.

Foods that help in diet and not to hunger are the fruits and vegetables.
These have no fat and cholesterol, and over protein.
Drink fruits juices after every 2 hours.
It help to maintain energy level...

Eat low calorie foods
Avoid oily fried food.
