Anyone would like to recommend na healthy snack? share naman kayo peeps.... what do you recommend na merienda.. ung healthy... any suggestion?

oo nga.. ako din... kakaaddict kasi mga junk foods e.. e may nabsa ako na nakakataba ng sobra ang mga junk foods like...  Lay's Salt & Vinegar, Jack&Jill V-Cut and Potato chips, etc. 

masarap kasi e..

why not try these...

(1)FRUITS
    - specially berries, apples and oranges. avoid those with high GI like bananas and those high in calories like avocadoes (correct me if I'm wrong)
(2) UNSALTED NUTS
     -meron tinatawag na  sungsong
(3) VEGGIE STICKS
     - radish, carrots, cucumber, basta yung edible fibers na parang stick
