Karamihan sa atin ang hindi masyadong iniisip ang dental care at masaya na sa pagsisipilyo dalawa o tatlong beses sa isang araw. Pero alam niyo ba na may mga pagkain na tumutulong sa pag-iwas ng cavities at tooth decay? Ilan sa mga ito ay:

Prutas at gulay (bananas, apples, oranges, beans, peas, sprouts)
Whole grains (bran, brown rice, whole grain cereals, pasta)
Mga pagkaing mayaman sa calcium (milk, yogurt, cheese, spinach, broccoli, fish, almonds, dried beans)
Sugar-free gum
Mint
Cinnamon

yung mga pagkain na mahilig sa starch at carbohydrates prone sa cavities
