INGAT SA “HEALTHY FOOD”




1. ENERGY BARS --- Kadalasang naglalaman ito ng protina at fiber, mga sustansyang mabilis makapagpabusog, pero kargada rin ng calories.

Okey lang sana kung paminsan-minsan, subalit kadalasan ginagawa nating pang-meryenda, kaya’t sobrang dami ng calories. Kung naghahanap ng pamatlang bago ang kainan, pumili ng mga bar na may 5 gramo ng protina lamang.


2. GRANOLA ---- Tunog malusog pero kadalasang mataas sa fats, sugar at calories. Pinakamabisa ay basahin ang mga granola label ng maigi at manatili sa mga rekomendadong dami.


3. SALAD ---- Karaniwan ang pagsasagawa ng “salad trip”, lalo na kung maraming gulay. Ano ang masama? Ang mga inilalagay na toppings.

Ang kadalasang inilalagay na mga cheese. Kaya’t sa pag-order ng mga salad, alamin ang mga sangkap lalo na ang mga ginagamit na dressing, na karaniwan ay hindi nakalagay sa talaan ng mga sangkap.


4. SMOOTHIES --- Mga matamis na inumin na katakamtakam tulad ng mga shake subali’t sa pagsasaliksik ay hindi nakakabusog tulad ng mga solidong pagkain.

Ang naidagdag na asukal ay dagdag calories, kaya’t mas mainam pa rin ang sariwang prutas. Piliin pa rin ang gawa sa prutas, may low-fat yogurt at walang dagdag na asukal.


5. YOGURT ---- Mabilis na paraan para matugunan ang pangangailangan sa calcium pero hindi lahat ng yogurt ay pare-pareho. May mga mayaman sa saturated fat.

Maghanap at marami riyan ang low-fat version na may sariwang prutas at pampalasang angkop sa gusto mo.

Tandaan na kahit mayaman sa calcium, ang ilang yogurt ay matataguriang dessert kesa sa malusog na pangmeryenda. Huwag payagang masira ng fats at sugar ang masustansyang pagkain.


6. SUSHI ROLLS --- Maraming klase ng sushi rolls na tadtad ng mga naipritong sangkap at mayonnaise na nagpapadagdag sa calories.

Ang ilang kilala o signature sushi rolls ay may kasama ng special sauce at dapat alamin ang mga sangkap nito. Kung available rin naman piliin ang Californian roll o vegetarian roll na may kasamang pipino, carrots o abokado na sadyang mabuti sa ating puso.


Kaya’t sa susunod na makakaharap ang mga pagkaing ito, alam na kung makakatulong ba o makakasama sa ating kalusugan.

Addition ko lang, we should be very careful sa mga gulay kahit sabihin natin na gulay at full of vitamins at minerals eeh di pa rin safe.
Remember, almost lahat ng gulay natin ngayun eeh puro may halong chemicals so bette rbe careful. Meron naman tayung available na mga organic vegetables which is very rich and pure in vitamins and minerals :D
