studies have show that exercising 30 minutes a day 3x a week have a high chances of longer life and less occurrence of degenerative diseases.

In my case for health reasons. at may confident ako if i go to the gym maybe because of the endorphins it releases when we exercise it gives us a positive view of life and a sense of happiness.
