Extreme Pro Whey questions

I've been working out for a few weeks now. Ngayon lang uli ako bumalik sa gym due to busy scheds but I'm active outdoors since Jan. 2009. I do a few runs, sit ups three times a week, and play badminton 1-2 times a week.

My question is, do you recommend extreme pro whey for a starter like me? I weigh for about 128-130lbs and is 5'9 in height. on the thin side

For the Extreme Pro Whey users, any feedback regarding the brand? What are the pros and cons of taking such supplements? And, are there any alternative whey supplements there that are similar to extreme pro whey?

Thanks in advance...

Bro drinking whey will not help increase your metabolism...

and carbs aren't the sole enemy... its your excess calories and bad food...

here's something to consider... if you eat to little, your body will definitely slow down its metabolism as well..

Normally i eat  about 2-3 hotdogs, 1 hard boiled egg, 2 slices of wheat bread, milk, (with oatmeal sometimes) and a banana for breakfast.

For lunch, any meat with brown/white rice.

At dinner, I only have 2-3 slices of bread, milk, banana, tuna or sardines.

hindi naako nagmemerienda minsan..ok langkaya etong food schedule ko?

tingin nyo?

For my workout naman, I do a couple sets of sit ups and push ups at home twice a week, I jog for about 15 mins 1-2 times a week and I hit the gym 1-2 times a week too, minsan badminton on my spare time after school

so ok ba?
