Don't obsess over this.

1) Do your training and focus on it with 100% intensity
2) Eat properly
3) Rest well.
4) Focus on your other life areas/duties and improve as a person.

Can't understand 24/7 meatheads.

Balance. Revolve this gym thing around your life, not the other way around.

well in FF, we log every program and routine ... this is to track down our progress.... and motivate ourselves for the better... minsan nakakasawa pero ganun talaga...

minsan trainor na ang nag lolog for us...

yeah i do keep a monitoring for my program. dun ko nakikita yung improvements. pag napansin ko nag-plateu na ko, that's the time i assess what's wrong. and of course, the best judge for your improvements will be the mirror. dun mo makikita kung may lumalaki ba sa katawan or wala.
