What's the Best Way To Cure Singaw?
« on: November 09, 2008, 03:39:10 PM »
I use Pyralvex or Dequadin Paint  to treat singaw.  But it takes longer to cure.

Any other way faster cure?  I heard tawas is good.  Is this true?

Singaw is the tagalog word for Mouth Ulcer, for your information,

This happens to me very seldom but fyi, lagi mabilis nawawala singaw ko using this system, I always used a cotton bud, dikdik nyo sa vicks o tiger balm, which are not dangerous if malunok, at edikdik nyo the buds very hard sa singaw nyo, do that 3 times a day, as hard as you can take the pain lang naman. 2 days lang nawawala na singaw ko kahit malaki.

I use a the better med for me, I always buy sa chinese drug store , just say 'SE CHONG CHUY', liquid ito which as a color maroon ang laman, for me its very effective. this is cheap, 10 small bottles in a box.

'SE CHONG CHUY' - ginagamit ko sa mga fresh wounds, i drink this together with my family, sa kabag at sakit ng tiyan, sa mga bata na di natunawan.(i pour half or full bottle nito sa full glass of hot water and puuufff-ootot nako at fresko) pinupunas ko sa sakit ng ulo ko at mga nabangga ko body parts.at mga bukol.---PLEASE...this is FYI lang, i am not telling you to drink or use them.

 :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :)

Have you heard about Debacterol? Debacterol is a chemical cauterizing agent applied by dentist which chemically burns apthous sores. The area is dried then the medication applied. For the first two seconds of application, you will feel pain.....a lot of pain. After two seconds, the area would go numb and take on a whitish hue.

Once cauterized, the area would no longer feel any sensation even when it is touched. In three to five days, healthy tissue will reform.

This medication should only be applied by dentists. You may want to take an analgesic prior to the application of this medication.

Recurrent apthous stomatitis, as its name implies, tends to reappear in the future even when treated.

try using mycostatin (nystatin), you can try using it with a dropper or just drop it only to affected region where there is sore or use cotton buds at ipahid sa mouth ulcer, wag uulitin ang pagsawsaw ng cotton buds once naipahid na sya para pwede pa gamitin ng susunod na nagkasingaw. at least after eating pwde sya iapply at hindi pa masama ang lasa nya medyo matamis tamis at pwede malunok. It's effective. It's kinda pricy more or less P500 but it can last for days or even months and it can be stocked on your refrigerator
