haha.. masakit talaga yan dad ko nung isang gabi pinulikat 2 paa sabay! akala mo hihimatayin it lasted for 15 minutes. gamot jan? basta pag nararamdaman mo na tumitigas na binti mo pahinga mo na then ipamassage mo para marelax yung circulation ng dugo. alam ko delikado din yan kapag umakyat sa bewang ang pulikat.

alam mo gawin mo?

Potassium is for muscle weakness not for muscle cramps or tetany as far as I know. Calcium usually ang kulang or vitamin D or may problema sa iyong parathyroid kaya di naabsorb yung calcium coz the parathyroid secretes hormones that aids in the absorption of calcium and phosphorus.

hot compress para dumaloy maigi yun blood at marelaks muscle mo. or dorsiflex mo yung paa pag sa paa yung pulikat

Wiki lang ang katapat nyan:

Electrolyte disturbance may cause cramping and tetany of muscles, particularly hypokalemia (a lack of potassium) and hypocalcemia (a lack of calcium).

Bannana has lots of potassium. Milk has lots of calcium

Muscle cramps in particular can be treated by applying a soft massage on the cramped muscle, stretching the muscle and applying heat or cold. Heat improves superficial blood circulation and makes muscles more flexible, so some people find that heat is more soothing for muscle cramps than applying ice.

You can avoid it by doing a lot of stretching before any physical activity. As mentioned previously, the first aid to muscle cramps is to bend your ankle and toes toward your knees. If the pain persist even after that you may apply warm compress and take muscle relaxant medicines. Seek a doctor if needed.
