From my research magkaiba sila... According to the FDA, the term "bleaching" is permitted to be used only when the teeth can be whitened beyond their natural color. This applies strictly to products that contain bleach — typically hydrogen peroxide or carbamide peroxide.

Now when we say  "whitening," on the other hand, this refers to restoring a tooth’s surface color by removing dirt and debris. So any product that cleans (like a toothpaste) is considered a whitener. Of course, the term whitening sounds better than bleaching, so it is more frequently used — even when describing products that contain bleach.

I hope this helps =)

I've asked a clinic in Trinoma and it costs a whopping P20,000 plus!!!! and it can go higher pa daw. D naman ginto ang gusto kong ipanghugas sa ipin ko. Makati Medical City? Most probably the same range. The cheapest one I found was P3,000 for the complete set. Bu I doubt if I should trust this dentist. Its better to be cautious.
