Conzace is a nutritional, multivitamin-mineral supplement that contains vitamins A, C and E and the mineral zinc. These nutrients act as antioxidants that help protect cellular membranes in the body, including skin cells against damaging free radicals.

is it true that the zinc content of CONZACE is above the required human consumption thus there's a danger of zinc toxicity? ( nabasa ko lang to sa isang forum site ) Grin Grin Grin

conzace has 25mg and the daily recommended is 15 mg but the max that male adults can tolerate is 40 mg.  however,    doses larger than 25 mg may cause anaemia and copper deficiency.
