Yes, i have also the same condition as the moment.

I have a test result of 45% neutrophils and the paper says normal is from 50 - 70. I want to know if this could be an indication of HIV?

to answer the question... NO

there are more reasons why you are experiencing this... either you have other medical problems which you may have overlooked.
