Hi Guys,

Has anyone ever come across light to moderate back acne? It's kinda moderate for me. Tried all the things I know. But they just don't work. Any advices?

Maybe there's something wrong with your body chemistry,diet and /or skin care routine. Proper diet,nutritional supplement and finding the right skin care product maybe all that is needed to correct your problem.
Have you tried any nutritional food supplement intra or concentrace mineral drop(CMD).It's all natural.

pareho tayo ng problema... I used eskinol+clindamycin on my back. Okay naman ang effect kasi mejo kumunti ang paglabas ng acne. Then i used kojie san soap para mag lighten ang acne traces.

one of the reasons daw kung bakit nagkaka backne is yung daw mga protein supplements na iniinom... kung body builder ka tendency talaga is magkaroon ka ng pimples sa likod...

para maunclog sya maganda kung magsasauna para mag open yung pores tapos maligo ng may mild soap na kasama...

agree ako sa cnabi ni techno...now, meron akong konti nitong bacne. marks na lang actually. i use dove soap.
