I am compelled about sharing this....Have you ever experience mahilo kalimitan? Kasi po nung nasa elementary palang ako. palimit umikot ang paningin ko. as in wala ako makita sa bilis ng pag-ikot. after that, sasakit na ang ulo ko. di yun mawawala hanggat di ako nasuka. di ko pa alam dati kung bakit ganun.

Hanggang sa Highschool and college ganun din...wala akong magawa kundi mag tiis.

Ng magkawork nalang ako, tsaka ko nalaman na migraine pala ang lahat ng yun. hanggang ngayon ay inaatake parin ako. hay hirap! any advise you can share po?

Hi punkyjam,

i haven't experienced migraine although I do have occasional headaches when I eat too much sweets. I know someone who also complains about everyday headaches because of migraine. Ako kapag pumipintig na yung sakit sa ulo ko, umiinom kaagad ako ng two caspsules ng Exedrine, which is a drug for migraine. In a matter of 4 to 5 minutes, lumalamig at gumagaan na ulo ko. I can already resume work after around 10 minutes.
