Allergic rhinitis aka "asthma of the nose".

Try taking Echinacea. This is especially effective against colds since it boosts your immune system.

Tapos isali sa daily diet mo ang prutas at vegetables rich in vit c (eat natural as much as possible para madali madigest) gaya ng bayabas (1 bayabas a day is more than enough rda for your daily Vit C requirement), papaya ( eto murang mura lang! isang papaya a day is enough for your Vit C rda at tip try nyo eat ung buto ng papay at least 3 to 5 pcs at observe effect sa health nyo), cruciferous vegetables ( pechay, lettuce,), brocolli and cauliflower, carrots (veg and juice), and  kalamasi juice ( wag gamit masyadong malamig o mainit na tubig lalo na mainit kasi ung vit c will evaporate if you use hot water). Gawin nyong habit upon waking up in the morning you drink water with kalamansi (pour 1 to 2 pcs of kalamsia in one glass of maligamgam na water) or eat papaya for breakfast. Kalamansi is actually one of the richest source of VIt C aside from curing other types of ailments ( pero di ko kabisado ano ano eto eh hehehehe). At siempre lagi inum tubig (ingat though baka maoverdose kidney nyo)!

At kung me sipon na kayo include in your diet chicken soup to alleviate difficulty in breathing.

This is one way of gettting rid of dirt. Pag ibang elimination channels daw ng ating katawan ay barado humahanap ng ibang channels ung body system natin usually sa head part to cause sneezing at ubo para malabas ung mucus sa ating katawan that blocks proper breathing at iba pang proper functioning ng ating body. So dapat daw sipon should not be stopped in eliminating dapat pinapalabas ung mucus causing it kasi harmful sa body ito. It will cause more harm in the future
